Ancient – EFT External | Advanced Aimbot, ESP & Loot System for Escape from Tarkov

Ancient – EFT External is a powerful external tool designed for Escape from Tarkov, combining advanced targeting systems, full visual ESP, and a comprehensive loot management system. Built to provide enhanced situational awareness and precise control, Ancient offers a wide range of configurable features while maintaining a clean and organized interface.

The Aimbot system includes fully customizable controls such as adjustable aim keys, dynamic FOV settings, crosshair rendering, and maximum targeting distance. Multiple targeting modes allow players to prioritize enemies based on proximity to the crosshair, distance, or lowest health. Users can also select specific target bones including head, neck, stomach, pelvis, and legs, with optional smart bone selection, prediction, instant hit, and target lock for improved accuracy.

Ancient also includes an extensive visual ESP system that provides configurable overlays for players, bots, scavs, bosses, and teammates. Features include boxes, skeletons, chams with visible and invisible colors, distance indicators, weapon display, health bars with gradients, and quest markers. Each entity type has its own distance limits and color customization, allowing users to clearly differentiate between targets such as PMC factions (USEC or BEAR), scavs, and bosses.

The integrated loot ESP and filtering system highlights valuable items throughout the map with customizable price filters and color categories. Loot can be displayed based on trader or market value and filtered by item types including weapons, magazines, gear, ammo, containers, medical items, keys, keycards, food, and currency. Loot presets and category filters allow quick configuration and fast switching between preferred loot setups.

Additional systems include container and corpse highlighting with distance limits and value filters, making it easier to identify military crates, technical containers, medical supplies, stashes, dead bodies, and more.

Ancient also offers several gameplay enhancements such as recoil and sway removal, instant ADS, instant reload, stamina modification, high jump, inertia removal, fast magazine handling, and extended interaction reach for faster looting. Additional tools like third-person view, zoom controls, thermal vision, and free camera further expand gameplay awareness.

A built-in configuration manager allows users to create, import, export, save, and load multiple configs. Combined with customizable settings such as language options and FPS locking, Ancient – EFT External provides a flexible and fully configurable environment for Escape from Tarkov players.
